Firm History
After more than 30 years of serving the area’s accounting, tax and financial needs, Anthony M. Humphreys, CFP was pleased to announce his affiliation with David J. Kosek, CPA on October 1, 2004. Kosek formed Humphreys and Kosek Accounting and Tax Services, Inc. which now serves small businesses, professionals, and individuals throughout central New Jersey and eastern Pennsylvania. Our reputation is built upon a foundation of satisfied clients. Our goal has always been complete client satisfaction. We endeavor to keep the client’s best interest in mind.

Kosek Bio
David J. Kosek is a certified public accountant licensed in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. He is a member of the American Institute of CPAs, the New Jersey Society of CPAs, the Pennsylvania Institute of CPAs and the National Association of Tax Professionals. He holds a BS in accounting from Drexel University in Philadelphia. His background includes 15 years with The Asplundh Tree Expert Co., one of the nations largest family owned and operated organizations, including five years as its chief financial officer. He also has worked with a number of entrepreneurs in a variety of businesses, providing counseling, accounting, bookkeeping, administrative, CFO, controllership and tax services.

Colpitts Bio
Jeanne Colpitts has over 20 years of bookkeeping, accounting and tax preparation experience at this office. Jeanne holds a BA from Douglass College in New Brunswick. As our Client Services Manager, Jeanne ensures that all regular bookkeeping and client tax filings are completed in a timely and accurate manner. Jeanne is also one of our business and individual tax return preparers. She is our QuickBooks guru. Jeanne has made a career out of client satisfaction. All of our clients know Jeanne and have the highest level of confidence in her work and advice.
